Setting Up Microsoft Internet Mail

  • Choose Go, and then Read Mail or click on Start/Programs and choose Internet Mail.
  • In the menu, click Mail, and then Options.
  • On the Options screen (shown below), click on the Server tab
  • Enter the following:
    • The Name is the name you want to appear next to the email.
    • The Organization can be anything you want.
    • The Email Address should be your username@yourdomain.com (all in lower case).
    • Under Servers, the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) is mail.yourdomain.com (all in lower case).
    • The Incoming Mail (POP3) is mail.yourdomain.com (all in lower case).
    • The POP3 Account is your assigned username (all in lower case).
    • The Password is your password (all in lower case).
